P I Patrons is a program developed to assist management/owners in all key areas of hospitality, used as an essential tool in identifying potential areas for training and development and also to reward staff for excellence in performance and customer service.
Unlike some of our competitors P I Patrons Utilise our highly qualified team of hospitality investigators ensuring you receive the very best of service. Our staff are experienced in Event Management, Hospitality Sales and Marketing Management, Hospitality Managers. We also have a wide variety of other PI's including blue & white collar workers, to ensure we have covered the full spectrum of people that attend entertainment venues.
When on assignment, our P I Patrons will absorb the atmosphere, ambiance and hospitality of your establishment. Each visit will cover your venues presentation, combined bar and gaming examination and/or the dining experience. The timing of all visits will be unknown to your staff on a random basis. Our PI's will regularly conduct phone calls to assess the knowledge and customer service skills of your team. You will receive a full comprehensive report and action plan on completion of your personalised program.
