What is P I Patrons?
P I Patron’s is a program developed to assist management/owners in all key areas of hospitality, used as an essential tool in identifying potential areas for training and development and also to reward staff for excellence in performance and customer service.

Who are P I Patrons?
Unlike some of our competitors P I Patrons utilise our highly qualified team of hospitality investigators ensuring you receive the very best of service. Our staff are experienced in Event Management, Hospitality Sales and Marketing Management, Hotel & Club Managers. We also have a wide variety of other PI’s including blue & white collar workers, to ensure we have covered the full spectrum of people that attend entertainment venues.
How does this work?
When on assignment, our P I Patron’s will absorb the atmosphere, ambiance and hospitality of your establishment. Each visit will cover your venues presentation, combined bar and gaming examination and/or the dining experience. The timing of all visits will be unknown to your staff and on a random basis. Our PI’s will regularly conduct phone calls to assess the knowledge and customer service skills of your team. You will receive a full comprehensive report and action plan on completion of your personalised program.
What are the costs?
Our Fees vary depending on what level of program you require, simply contact us to tailor a program to suit your needs. For a small investment our program will let you know what your customers want, and will assist you in delivering a high level of service that customers look for when having a night/day out.
Girl Friday in a bid to provide the very best of service for NLG have rescheduled our highly competitive rates based upon the total implementation of the program to all of its venues, these following rates incorporate the same level of customer satisfaction and effort as the much higher standard Girl Friday series of rates.
Training, Insurance & Policy
Training
All contractors working with Girl Friday as well as being industry trained in one of the many hospitality areas are also subjected to the PI Patrons induction and training methods. All PI’s are fully equipped with all the necessary tools of the trade to maximise their performance in giving you the very best of quality and performance when conducting a visit at any venue.
Our PI’s very in age and gender so to give your company the full demographic that would be regularly visiting your venue. Girl Friday can and does contractor placement specific to your needs, 18-25 young females for a Saturday night PI visit or more mature men and women for a mid week daytime PI visit at a nearby hotel, are just two examples of how we have always got it covered!
Insurance
Girl Friday Hospitality Solutions, a fully registered and insured business for any unfortunate situation that may arise during the course of regular business trading. Girl Friday provides cover for Professional Indemnity as well as business Pak Insurance and workers compensation cover.
Policy
At all times whilst Girl Friday has been contracted to supply services to your venue or organisation it is our direct policy that during the course of normal service and business that Girl Friday and its contractors understand, adopt and adhere to all OH&S policies, legislation as well and the ideologies of the contracting organisation or person(s). The requests agreed upon prior to that service being conducted must fall within legal legislation and is never to place Girl Friday or its contractors in any situation or area to which safety, welfare and over well being is ever compromised, Girl Friday offers all our clients the option to negotiate the terms of policy in a effort to maximise the effectiveness of the PI Patron program.
